Going out to see wifey's concert (Seven deadly sings).
Tomorrows nights swimming is off so will go for a longer cycle ride to make up for it!

Those bars are too low mate. I would be surprised if you didn't get a bad back and achey wrists, it's hardly good for the neck too. If you ride whilst still unfit with the bike like this your gonna suffer! The bars need to be at least slightly above the saddle height. This is all IMHO and only based on my personal 35 years cycling experience.
Hmmmmm That's a problem, That's as high as the bars will go. The written consensus is level with seat down to as low as 4 inches below seat height.
Apparently bars to low = back and wrist problems. bars to high = bum ache.
