Day 27

Got home from work looking forward to a swim. Got to Calne and was turned away as the pool was full ;-(

So drove back home and went for a cycle ride ;-) Cycled from Chippenham to Black Dog Halt and back (10 mile round trip)(Gmap here)

Did the 10 miles in 45 minutes with an average speed of 13 mph.

Wifey bought me a cycle helmet today, And here's a shot of me returning from the ride.



I have found the cycle way from Chippenham to Calne interesting enough to do some research on it, I have even bought a book "The Calne Branch" that details the history of the GWR Chippenham - Calne branch line. Not quite a train spotter but.....
