Got home late ;-(
It was Raining! and light was poor. Still I put the radioactive green top on and went for a Chippenham - Lacock ride (9.3 miles)
I realised why things have seemed tougher of late, The seat post had dropped back into the frame by about 2 inches.
When I got back I raised the seat again, gave the bike a power wash of and oiled the dérailleur's and chain.
I am about to order some batteryless LED lights from www.freelights.co.uk so I dont feel so nervous in poor vis again. (Fitting them to the mountain bike, if I like them I may get a set for the new bike)
Time to get back on the bike.
