Did normal walk at work.
Got home had salad in garden for tea...The did 'normal' Lacock round trip. The saddle is now at the right hight for me. (I had my first 'Couldn't keep up with you!' from somebody else out cycling) (gmap of route here...and trackme here)
However I did do the 9 miles in a little over 45 minutes ;-)
When I got back I fitted the cycle computer wifey bought for me from Aldi.
I had real problems getting the wheel size into the bloomin thing.
And just so you can see how high the seat post is now here's a photy of the bike.
