Wrist was aching all day. Got home and the rain was persistent down
Perfect for ride on cycleway........Wifey suggested that would be a bad idea.
So night off to help the wrist recover.
I will go for a ride tomorrow evening (No Swimming as we are going out to a play)
Time to get back on the bike.

Glad to see all is going well; you're gonna fall off sometime, so practice at a junction is better than a pedestrian crossing ;-)
I see Nathan has got his arse in gear; good for him and his bike is nice too!
