Day 54 (Sunday)

Another really nice day. Wifey n me took Rosie out for a cycle ride.......(Doesn't count as a training run!)

Built a supported shelf from CLS and floor boards (Printers and computer still work! - Junked the TV)

Looking forward to getting back on the bike proper....
