Rosie was in her travelling back pack for the road bits and was running with us along the cycle track.
Had a couple of ciders and a meal and cycled back home again :-)
It wasn't particularly very far or very fast but it was extremly pleasant to go for a cycle with wifey and dog :-)
The cycle computer had the ride as 7.79 miles in 58 minutes with an average speed of 7.9 mph.
No RunGPS plot as I really couldn't be bothered with it!
