When I got back I showered, changed then Wifey, Rosie (Dog) and me went for an afternoon at the seaside :-) Daughter was stuck at home doing school course work and son was at work...

When we got back home I cooked tea (Gammon, mash potatoes, peas and a home made cheese sauce)
Today was proof that I can cycle and have a day out!
