Turbo Trainer
Had a nice long chat with Dave on the way home and he suggested a nice hill climbing training routine ;-)
So I set the Turbo to maximum resistance and peddled away in the easiest gear for 5 minutes then I changed into the largest front chain ring and peddled hard for 3 minutes per gear changing down gears on the rear cassette every 3 minutes, then finally I started changing back through easier gears to cool down.
Total turbo time was 35 minutes. and I was tired out again!
Time to get back on the bike.
