Whay I'm back :-)
I felt so much better on the way home from work that I decided I would get changed and go straight on the turbo trainer when I got home :-)
I did 30 minutes (5 minutes warm up 20 minutes high gear working hard and 5 minutes cool down) The cycle computer suggests that I did 10.5 miles
I am looking forward to getting out on Wednesday now :-)
Time to get back on the bike.
