Back on the Turbo Trainer again!
Warmed up for 7 minutes (I like to work to the nearest 5 minutes and I got on the bike at 6:23)
Plodded along in the highest gear for 20 minutes then cooled down for 5 minutes in easier gear.
Total time 32 minutes distance covered 13.5 miles.
Time to get back on the bike.
