Got home and the sky's darkened, so I had another 30 minute session on the turbo trainer.
Did a 10 minute easy spin followed by alternating 2 minute hard then easy, then did 5 minutes hard then did some one foot pedaling 1 minute each foot (Trying to get used to pushing AND pulling the pedals)
Then finished of with a 5 minute easy spin.
Time to get back on the bike.
